These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luk33 governing your access to and use of the luk33 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, bonuses, and payment facilities. Each individual is permitted exactly one registered luk33 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any luk33 service. luk33 performs age verification checks and will close accounts found to be held by individuals under this minimum age.
Before processing your first withdrawal, luk33 requires Know Your Customer identity verification including a valid CNIC or passport. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds above the minimum threshold.
All promotional bonuses at luk33 are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
Any account found to be engaging in fraudulent behaviour, bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion at live tables, or exploiting software errors will be immediately suspended with balances subject to review and forfeiture.
luk33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the luk33 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the luk33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. luk33 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend access pending satisfactory verification.
2.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the luk33 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether in your own name or using another individual's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid mobile number and email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, luk33 requires you to complete its KYC verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence alongside proof of address not older than three months. luk33 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal delays and may result in account suspension.
Important: Players accessing luk33 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. luk33 does not warrant the legality of access from any specific jurisdiction and bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from access in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luk33 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. luk33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.2 Immediate Notification. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify luk33 immediately via the contact details set out in Section 14. luk33 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
3.3 Account Currency. All luk33 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR via the payment methods available at the time of the transaction. luk33 does not facilitate multi-currency accounts and is not responsible for any foreign exchange costs incurred outside of the Platform.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. luk33 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance charge to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any such charge being applied.
4.1 Deposit Methods. luk33 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. luk33 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time, subject to network availability. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, which may take one to three business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the luk33 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. luk33 targets the following processing windows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 20 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals within two to four hours. These timelines are targets and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding Bonus Balance, and only the Real Money Balance portion will be processed.
luk33 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges levied by your payment provider or bank are outside luk33's control and are your sole responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by luk33 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your Account carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be authorised. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed prominently on each promotion. Wagering on restricted game categories — including but not limited to certain live table games, sports betting accumulators below minimum odds, and jackpot games — may not contribute fully or at all toward the wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. luk33 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements; systematic exploitation of free spin offers; and coordinated bonus claiming across related accounts. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
5.4 luk33 VIP Programme. The luk33 VIP Loyalty Programme operates across four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier progression, cashback percentages, withdrawal processing priority, and exclusive bonus entitlements are governed by the VIP Programme terms published on the luk33 Casino page. luk33 reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Programme or any individual tier benefit at any time.
5.5 Expiry of Bonuses. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and free spin awards expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit if the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been met within that period. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your Account automatically without further notice.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the luk33 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely determined by the RNG and are not influenced by luk33 or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.
6.2 Sportsbook and Cricket Betting. All sports betting markets, including PSL and international cricket markets, are subject to luk33's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. luk33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price, to suspend markets pending investigation of a suspicious event, and to apply maximum payout limits per event as published on the Platform.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, server interruption, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, luk33 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. luk33 bears no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions that are outside its reasonable control.
6.4 Responsible Wagering. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losing is a possible outcome of every wager. luk33 strongly encourages all players to wager only amounts they can comfortably afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luk33 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
luk33 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any activity on the Platform that is suspected to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and Account information may be disclosed in compliance with lawful requests.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the luk33 Platform — including but not limited to the luk33 name, logo, brand identity, website design, user interface elements, written content, software code, game assets, and graphics — is the exclusive property of luk33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited Licence. luk33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party software providers on the luk33 Platform is the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing agreements with luk33. Your use of such game content is governed by both these Terms and the provider's applicable end-user licence.
9.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. luk33 makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any game, bet, or wagering activity. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and carry an inherent risk of loss. The Company is not liable for any losses incurred through normal gameplay.
9.2 Service Availability. luk33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability on a 24/7 basis. However, luk33 does not warrant uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond its reasonable control.
9.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk33's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their luk33 Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Consequential Loss. luk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if luk33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 By luk33. luk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a regulatory directive; or conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. Where possible, luk33 will provide advance notice of closure, except where doing so would compromise a fraud investigation.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your luk33 Account at any time by contacting Player Support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account after settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable charges. Bonus Balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless the full Wagering Requirement has been met.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Termination of your Account does not affect any accrued rights, liabilities, or obligations of either party existing at the date of termination. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 of these Terms survive account termination indefinitely.
luk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luk33 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the luk33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2 above.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luk33 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the luk33 Platform, you agree to first contact luk33 Player Support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for informal resolution before pursuing any formal claim.
13.3 Formal Disputes. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution designated by luk33's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily through luk33's internal process retain the right to escalate the matter to luk33's licensing regulatory authority. Details of the regulator are available upon request from Player Support.
